This policy explains what information the Do app (دۆی شەروێت) collects, how it is used, and how you can delete your account.
Who we are
The Do app is run by Muhammad Ameen Zuber. For any question about this policy or your information, email 7ama.bl@gmail.com.
Information we collect
Account details: your email address and password (the password is protected by Firebase Authentication and we never see it), your name, phone number, delivery address and profile photo. The shop enters these when it creates or updates your account.
Orders: the products you order, quantities, prices, totals, order notes, order status and dates. Each order also keeps a copy of your name, email, phone number, address and photo so the shop can deliver it.
On your device only: the language you chose for the app.
Photos: when the shop owner uses the camera or photo library in the app to add a product or profile picture, only the chosen photo is uploaded.
We do not collect your location, contacts, advertising ID or payment card details. The app has no ads, no tracking and no analytics, and no payments are made in the app.
How we use it
To sign you in, show the products, receive, prepare and deliver your orders, show your order history, contact you about your orders, and keep the service secure.
Who can see it
The shop owner sees customers' account details and orders in order to fulfil them. Each customer sees only their own orders.
We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.
The data is stored and processed for us by Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage and Cloud Functions) on Google servers, mainly in the United States. See Firebase's privacy information.
We disclose information only when the law requires it.
Security
All connections are encrypted (HTTPS), and Google stores the data encrypted on its servers. Security rules control who can read or change it: a customer can read only their own account and orders, and only the shop owner can manage products, customers and orders. Profile photos are kept at private links that the app shows only to you and the shop owner. No method of protection is perfect, but we work to keep your information safe.
How long we keep it, and deleting it
We keep your information for as long as your account exists.
Delete in the app: Profile → Delete account, then enter your password to confirm. Your account, profile and photo are deleted immediately.
Your past orders stay in the shop's sales records with your name, email, phone number, address, photo and notes removed, so they can no longer be linked to you.

المعلومات التي نجمعها
معلومات الحساب: البريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور (تحميها خدمة Firebase Authentication ولا نطّلع عليها أبدًا)، والاسم، ورقم الهاتف، وعنوان التوصيل، وصورة الملف الشخصي. يُدخل المتجر هذه المعلومات عند إنشاء حسابك أو تحديثه.
الطلبات: المنتجات التي تطلبها، والكميات، والأسعار، والمجموع، وملاحظات الطلب، وحالة الطلب، والتواريخ. وتُحفظ مع كل طلب نسخة من اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ورقم هاتفك وعنوانك وصورتك ليتمكن المتجر من توصيله.
على جهازك فقط: لغة التطبيق التي اخترتها.
الصور: عندما يستخدم صاحب المتجر الكاميرا أو معرض الصور داخل التطبيق لإضافة صورة منتج أو صورة ملف شخصي، تُرفع الصورة التي يختارها فقط.
لا نجمع موقعك أو جهات اتصالك أو معرّف الإعلانات أو بيانات بطاقات الدفع. لا يحتوي التطبيق على إعلانات أو تتبّع أو تحليلات، ولا تتم أي عملية دفع داخل التطبيق.
كيف نستخدمها
لتسجيل دخولك، وعرض المنتجات، واستلام طلباتك وتجهيزها وتوصيلها، وعرض سجل طلباتك، والتواصل معك بشأن طلباتك، والحفاظ على أمان الخدمة.
من يمكنه رؤيتها
يرى صاحب المتجر معلومات حسابات العملاء وطلباتهم لتنفيذها. ولا يرى كل عميل إلا طلباته.
لا نبيع معلوماتك ولا نشاركها مع المعلنين.
تُخزَّن البيانات وتُعالَج نيابةً عنا على Google Firebase (Authentication وCloud Firestore وCloud Storage وCloud Functions) على خوادم Google، ومعظمها في الولايات المتحدة. راجع معلومات الخصوصية في Firebase.
لا نكشف المعلومات إلا عندما يطلب القانون ذلك.
الأمان
جميع الاتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS)، وتخزّن Google البيانات مشفّرةً على خوادمها. وتحدّد قواعد الأمان من يمكنه قراءتها أو تعديلها: لا يرى العميل إلا حسابه وطلباته، ولا يدير المنتجات والعملاء والطلبات إلا صاحب المتجر. وتُحفظ صور الملفات الشخصية على روابط خاصة لا يعرضها التطبيق إلا لك ولصاحب المتجر. لا توجد وسيلة حماية مثالية، لكننا نعمل على حماية معلوماتك.
مدة الاحتفاظ والحذف
نحتفظ بمعلوماتك ما دام حسابك موجودًا.
الحذف من داخل التطبيق: الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب، ثم أدخل كلمة المرور للتأكيد. يُحذف حسابك وملفك الشخصي وصورتك فورًا.
تبقى طلباتك السابقة في سجلات مبيعات المتجر بعد إزالة اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ورقم هاتفك وعنوانك وصورتك وملاحظاتك، فلا يعود من الممكن ربطها بك.

الأطفال
هذا التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع معلوماتهم عن قصد.
